This position has the responsibility for the support of the Air Evac Lifeteam Membership Department, including: member invoicing, information storage and retrieval, records research, incoming an outgoing mail, database entries, quality maintenance and compilation of general information.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and etiquette
• Office functions
• Sales and marketing support
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Two years customer service and/or sales experience
