  • Overview

    The responsibility of the Systems Coordinator II, Membership Services is to train to assist the organization in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data. Receive direction to be able to accurately enter and import data and to maintains databases in appropriate formats. Receive training to learn to generate, maintain, and distributes key reports; ensures database integrity through validation. May serve as department liaison to technology group and other Information Technology representatives; trains end users on system processes and rules and acts as a resource on an on-going basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Train end users in initial and on-going environment in all computer applications including Sales Logix
    • Create, maintain, and enhance databases, worksheets, and independently perform a variety of complex analyses.
    • Provide support and enhancement for these existing automations & databases
    • Partner with the Membership Services organization to provide desktop solutions
    • Coordinate software and processes development in conjunction with other company disciplines
    • Provide operational expertise in the integration of new software and database solutions
    • Contribute as a team member in proactively developing methods for capturing & reporting critical marketing response information as well as customer and account performance to internal management
    • Develop thorough documentation and process flows for reporting process
    • Test and maintains data integrity
    • Develop reports using available system and tools
    • Develop automated processes to produce reports in data warehouse environment
    • Process assigned reports and distribute as required
    • Proactively generate ideas for improvement in reporting as well as new ways of looking at information
    • Maintain existing reporting system
    • Make modifications as necessary to ensure efficient functioning of systems and correctness of information and data query
    • Fulfill ad hoc data requests as necessary, work with requestors to determine needs and develop effective and efficient process to obtain information
    • Reconcile daily batch and deposit
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Training and Education

    • 2 years Customer Service, Delivery and Fulfillment, training or similar role, in a related field or combination of education, training and experience.
    • MS Office Suite expertise strongly desired

    Experience and Aptitude

    • Has solid functional knowledge of many or all of the following: membership accounting and fulfillment functions, planning functions, bill of materials and their design, production management understanding, batch lot traceability execution understanding, understands data capture system, understands integration with existing data capture devices and future enhancement plans and is very familiar with business/data reporting functions.
    • Experience in reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports) a strong plus
    • Strong ability to apply analytic and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work within a team
    • Ability to interact with various levels of organization
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both associates and managers
    • Assisting with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations & databases
