  • Overview

    Provides general support to the membership department by completing various daily assignments and other duties as assigned. Assists the in-house sales team by offering leadership, additional direction and support. Works closely with the Call Center Managers, Call Center Supervisors and Leads.  

     

    Responsibilities

    Job Task and Responsibilities

    1. Provides leadership support to Retention, Membership, Processing, New Member Follow Up and AirMed International Specialist
    2. Assist in resolving customer complaints
    3. Shares product and service information with Membership employees and/or members if needed
    4. Improves results by recommending services and enforcing changes
    5. Assists with call center daily duties, supervises productivity, coordinates monthly incentives, answers employee questions and concerns
    6. Maintains and completes daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed
    7. Provides support to Call Center Managers, Supervisors and Leads as needed
    8. Additional duties as assigned

    General Duties

    1. Completes daily bonus reports as needed
    2. Accurately shares information as needed with Call Center Managers as it pertains to the in-house sales team
    3. Assist with hiring, training and onboarding of new employees
    4. Assist with the opening and close of the Membership Call Center

    Qualifications

    Education:

    1. High school certificate or GED equivalent
    2. Some college preferred but not required

    Experience:

    1. Computer skills to ensure proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    2. 2 years customer service and/or management experience preferred

    Abilities:

    1. General office equipment skills needed (fax, copy, multi-line phone, ect.)
    2. Proficient in Membership processes, procedures and in-house computer system
